Show Me the Monarchs

There's a big controversy about whether or not the people raising Monarchs are actually helping the disappearing Monarchs are hindering them. The critics say we are going against Mother Nature. Among some of the things we are to be aware of is: use only local Milkweed, be super conscious of disease taking precautions by cleaning and sanitizing, and cut back on the Milkweed at certain times of the year in  certain areas of the country to encourage the Monarch majority to finish their Mexican migration. If nothing else, at least I know my effort seems to be helping the bee population. My Milkweed plants are loaded with them.

I'm still waiting patiently for another Lady Monarch to stop by in my butterfly garden. So far, all I have seen is the bees.  I am trying not to get discouraged, because last year on this date, I had 12 eggs in the "incubator". This year I only have four,  but they seem to be doing fine and growing like weeds.
They are over three-sixteenths of an inch already and all are looking healthy.

This little guy is the biggest.

All four doing fine!
